Georgia-Pacific employees at Early County’s Cedar Springs operations worked one million hours without a lost time injury. In recognition of this safety milestone, special high-visibility T-shirts were distributed to mill employees.

Darren Sims, interim general manager and operations leader, commended employees for their commitment to upholding the mill safety vision, which is: “Together we will identify and reduce risk to work and live injury-free.”

“Nothing we do in the workplace is more important than safety,” he stated.
