SGA students attend Shakespeare Festival

Southwest Georgia Academy’s seventh and eighth grades visited Alabama Shakespeare Festival in Montgomery, Ala., March 13, 2018. Students watched the play “The Miracle Worker,” which was based on the true story of Annie Sullivan and her deaf and blind student, Helen Keller. After the play, everyone enjoyed lunch at Eastdale Shopping Mall and ice skated at The Ice Palace. Judy Enfinger teaches English to these seventh and eighth graders. Parents made this trip possible by driving their own vehicles and assisting with students. Everyone had a wonderful time.
