Charles Musgrove

Charles “Charlie” Musgrove, 76, of Colquitt, Ga., died Wednesday, March 21, 2018, at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.

Mr. Musgrove was born Dec. 1, 1941, to the late John Sam and Cappie Musgrove. He was of the Baptist faith and retired from the Miller County Road Department after 25 years of service.

Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Deloris Musgrove; one brother, James Samuel Musgrove; and one grandson, Coty Musgrove.

Survivors include his wife, Laura White Musgrove of Colquitt; one son, Raymond Earl Musgrove and wife Tammy Sue of Baker County, Ga.; two daughters, Connie Ann Musgrove of Monticello, Fla., and Patricia Leigh Musgrove of Jacksonville, Fla.; two stepsons, Clay Brock of Bainbridge, Ga., and Doug Brock of Colquitt; one stepdaughter, Selena Tomlinson of Cairo, Ga.; four grandchildren, Alex West, Stephanie Kay Musgrove, Shelly Lynn Robinson and Nevan Axel Brooks; four greatgrandchildren, Conner Ray Dugan, Annabelle Robinson, Jessie Nichole Musgrove and Avery James Morris; six s tep- grandchildren, Aaron Brock, Priscilla Brock, Caleb Brock, Alyssa Brock, Andrew Tomlinson and Carson Tomlinson; one brother, Bo Musgrove of Colquitt; and one sister, Louise Lovering of Colquitt.

Funeral services were Saturday, March 24, 2018, at 3 p.m. at Sheffield Funeral Chapel with Rev. Tony Mock and Deacon Jason Williams officiating. Visitation was Saturday, March 24, 2018, from 2 to 3 p.m. at Colquitt Funeral Home.

Colquitt Funeral Home, Inc. was in charge of arrangements.
