Angela Bell named ECMS principal

Angela Bell Angela Bell The Board of Education has named assistant principal Angela Bell to replace Early County Middle School principal Anthony Yarbrough.

Yarbrough was chosen earlier this year to replace retiring

ECHS principal David Ferry who is retiring at the end of this school year.

“I am excited about my new endeavor at Early County Middle School and proud to be continuing Mr. Yarbrough’s exemplary work for all students,” she said.

The Randolph County native graduated from Calhoun High School. She has a bachelor of science in early childhood education from Valdosta State University; a masters degree in early childhood education from Albany State University; Georgia; an education specialist in leadership from Georgia Southwestern University; and is pursuing her doctorate in curriculum/instruction at Columbus State University.

She is the daughter of Betty Eubanks and the late Murray Eubanks and is married to ECHS graduate Todd Bell. They have one son, Banks, a fourth grader at ECES.
