Annie Ruth Harris, 80, of Blakely, died Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2009, at her residence.

Mrs. Harris was born Jan. 25, 1929, in Blakely to the late John D. Williams and Trudy Williams. She was a member of Wesley Chapel African Methodist Episcopal Church.

She was preceded in death by three sons, Jason G. Harris Jr., Zachary T. Harris and Randy K. Harris; and one daughter, Debra R. Harris.

Survivors include one son, Scottie E. Harris and wife Latosha of Blakely; five daughters, Sondra A. Head and husband Roy of Atlanta, Ga., Faye D. Muir and husband Karl of Tampa, Fla., Janice C. Brown and husband Ezell of Covington, Ga., Melba H. Graham and husband George, and Latonya K. Price and husband Kenneth, all of Blakely; 23 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and one greatgreat grandchild.

Funeral services were Saturday, Jan. 9, 2010, at 11 a.m. at Wesley Chapel African Methodist Epis-copal Church, with Rev. Kenneth Cody officiating. Interment followed at Wesley Chapel Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Reginal William, Russell Davis, Dwight Sheppard, Vincent Stovall, William Price and Richard Williams.

Honorary pallbearers were Scottie Harris, Ezell Brown, George Graham Jr., Roy N. Head, Karl Muir and Kenneth Price.

Peoples Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
