Melvin Cecil Mulkey, 89, of Blakely died Thursday, Oct. 29, 2009, at Early Memorial Hospital. Mr. Mulkey was born in Early County April 20, 1920, to the late Benjamin Franklin Mulkey and Donnie English Mulkey. He was a member of the Blakely Church of God and retired from the US Army and farming. He was preceded in death by a son, Edwin James Passmore. More ...
