Under and by virtue of the
power of sale contained in that certain
security deed from Alton
Bullington, Jr. to Colony Bank
dated October 14, 2003, and recorded
in Deed Book 248, at Pages 260-
264, in the office of the Clerk of the
Superior Court of Early County,
Georgia, and further by virtue of
the default in the payment of the
indebtedness secured by said deed
