Sixteen-year-old Chiles High School student Cody Spears was recently declared the best youth fisherman in Florida. He did it by winning the FLW Youth Championship Bass Fishing Tournament on Lake Istokpoga near Sebring. He's the second youngest angler from Tallahassee to take this honor.
