Eunice Bell Freeman Harper, 92, of Blakely died Saturday, March 14, 2009, at Early Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Harper was born in Early County Sept.7, 1916, to the late Judson Lee Freeman Sr. and Martha Belle Ritchie Freeman.
