June 30 - Rhythm band
practice - 10:30-11:30. Lunch:
Fish, cheese grits, cole slaw,
wheat roll, peach cobbler.
July 1 - Physical fitness -
10:15 a.m. - 11 a.m. Charades.
Lunch: Roast beef with gravy,
creamed potatoes, green beans
with onions, wheat bread,
fresh fruit.
July 2 - Bingo - 10:30 a.m. -
11:30 a.m. Lunch: Chicken
strips, winter mix, northern
beans, wheat roll, pears.
July 3 - Karaoke and 4th
July party. Lunch: Meatloaf
with gravy, parsley potatoes,
Harvard beets, wheat roll,
fruited vanilla pudding.
July 4 - CLOSED
Anyone 60 and over is invited to join us for activities and/or lunch. One day notice is needed for lunch. Call 723-8700. Arlington Senior Center offers the same daily meals.
