Bridges named All-Star
Southwest Georgia Academy senior Drew Bridges is congratulated by head baseball coach Tommy Manry for being selected to the 2008 All State Baseball Team. Bridges was SGA's number one pitcher and compiled a 4-4 record this season and finished his career at SGA with a 20-7 record. He had an ERA of 3.42, striking out 48 batters while walking only 14. Bridges finished the season with a 406 batting average with one homerun, eight doubles, and a team-leading 23 runs scored.
