Fleming passes GPA gavel to Buff Leavy

Judy Fleming,
Early County News general manager, completed her tenure as president of the Georgia Press Association this past weekend at the Baypoint Resort in Panama City Beach, Fla.
Fleming passed the gavel to Buff Leavy, president of the Brunswick News, at Saturday's business meeting at the close of the annual convention.
Other officers who will be serving with Leavy during the coming year include vice president Laura Geiger, The Herald-Gazette, Barnesville and secretary-treasurer Terry Smith, of the Marietta Daily Journal.
