William Johnson William Logan Johnson, 79, of LaGrange, Ga., died April 2, 2008, at Southeast Alabama Medical Center in Dothan. Mr. Johnson was born May 6, 1928, in Calhoun County to Samuel Ross Johnson Sr. and Johnnie Will Morris Davis. He was a Methodist. He was a retired Dade County teacher and he served in the U.S. Army during the Korean conflict. Mr. Johnson was a graduate of Valdosta State College and received his master's degree from Antioch College in biochemistry. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Patricia Ann Camp Johnson. Survivors include one daughter, Catherine J. Miller and husband John of Dayton, Md.; one grandchild, Corey Miller and wife Jennifer of Annapolis, Md. and one great grandchild, Emily Miller of Annapolis, Md. Graveside services were held Saturday, May 24, 2008, at 11 a.m. at Morgan City Cemetery.
Manry-Jordan-Hodges Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
