Green - Brackin

Dennis Green and Brenda Amerson of Blakely announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Kaylyn Nicole Green, to Adam Kyle Brackin, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Brackin of Colquitt.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Edward Ray and Geraldine Green and Katie McDonald.

The future groom is the grandson of Billy Joe and Edna Newberry of Colquitt and the late Everett and Martha Brackin of Dothan.

Mr. Brackin is a 2006 graduate of Miller County High School. He obtained his emergency medical technician's certification in 2007 from Bainbridge College and is currently employed by Miller County EMD and Early Memorial EMS.

The wedding will take place at Flat Creek Baptist Church Saturday, Aug. 23, 2008, at 3 p.m. A reception will follow in the church fellowship hall.

No local invitations will be sent, but all family members and friends are invited to attend.
