Howard - Warbel

Mia Hightower Howard and Joseph Robert Warbel, both of Nashville, Tenn., are proud to annouce their engagement.

The bride-elect is the daughter of India H. Howard of Panama City Beach, Fla., and Wendell Parker of Blakely, and Mr. and Mrs. Martin Thomas Howard III of Dothan, Ala. She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Leroy Haddock of Damascus, the late Martin Thomas Howard Jr. and the late Polly Ferguson Howard of Blakely.

Miss Howard is a 2003 graduate of Southwest Georgia Academy. She attended Full Sail in Orlando, Fla., and earned a degree in film.

The future groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Lance Powers of Lakeville, Ohio, and Mr. and Mrs. James Perry Warbel of Delaware, Ohio. He is the grandson of Jean Howell and the late Leroy Howell of Bergholz, Ohio, and Ladene Warbel and the late Mike Warbel Sr. of Loudenville, Ohio.

Mr.Warbel is a 2000 graduate of Carrollton High School. He is employed as a landscape supervisor at TruGreen Landcare.

The destination wedding is planned for Sept. 2, 2008, at Sandals Grande Antigua. All family and friends are welcome to attend.
