Missing ... 2 dogs from 89 S. Jefferson Ave.
Brown & white Jack Rat Terrier with red collar, male/neutered, has short legs and is 9 years old. Answers to "Biscuit," weighs about 18 lbs. The other dog is black Feist, male/neutered, answers to "Mickey," does not have a collar. He has a skin condition/hot spots (hair missing in spots), weighs about 22 lbs. and is 11 years old.
