Daniel McClendon son of Rev. and Mrs. Tom McClendon has been selected to serve as an Auburn University Tiger Host for the 2008-2009 year. The Tiger Hosts are the athletic division of Students of Auburn Recruiting.
These young men and women assist the Auburn Athletic Administration with departmental functions. They assist Tigers Unlimited and work closely with the football coaching staff as well as representing the Auburn Athletic Department by participating in numerous community service activities in the Auburn/Opelika area.
McClendon is currently a freshman from Cuthbert majoring in business. He is a 2007 graduate of Early County High School and a letterman in track and football.
