Yelverton-Randall vows spoken
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Edwin Mayhew Jr. and Charles David "Mike" Randall, all of Cherryville. She is the granddaughter of Ruth Murphy Burgess of Cherryville and the late Glenn Lester Burgess Sr. and the late David Monroe Randall and Jessie Ballard Randall. The bridegroom is the son of Nancy Darden Yelverton of Blakely and Charlie Yelverton of Edison. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Hubert Darden Jr. of Blakely. The bride was escorted by her father. Maid of honor was Courtney Sams of Winston-Salem, N.C. Bridesmaids were Carrie Burgess Dalton of Cherryville, Ashley Elizabeth Darden of Blakely, Cristen Wetherbee Dutcher of Marietta, Ga., Anna Burgess Edwards of Iron Station, N.C., Laura Moye Minor of Ringgold, Ga., and Shannon Lamon Ross of Macon. Flower girl was Ruthie Seney of Macon. The bridegroom's grandfather served as best man. Groomsmen were Justin Beam and Jason Beam both of Cherryville, Michael Dutcher of Marietta, Dusty Fuller of Carrollton, George Hotz, Charles Kemp and Wesley Ross, all of Macon, and Christopher Walters of Hartselle, Ala. Ringbearer was Burgess Beam of Cherryville. The bridegroom's mother hosted a rehearsal dinner at Cleveland Country Club. A reception, hosted by the bride's parents, at Cleveland Country Club in Shelby, N.C., followed the ceremony.
Following a honeymoon in the North Carolina mountains, the couple will reside in Macon.
