Thomas - Chandler
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Ruth Templeton Thomas and the late Jimmy Morgan Thomas of Alexander City, Ala., and C.Wayland Gann and the late Ann Higgins Gann of Alexander City, Ala. A 2001 graduate of Oak Mountain High School, Miss Thomas attended Jacksonville State University and graduated in 2005 after earning a bachelor of science in marketing. She attends Florida Institute of Technology where she will receive a master of science in logistics management in the summer of 2008. She is employed in Huntsville, Ala., as a logistics management specialist for the department of the army. The future groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Danny Robert Chandler of Blakely. He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Sam Ray Chandler of Blakely and the late Mr. and Mrs. Grady Howell of Enterprise. A 1996 graduate of Southwest Georgia Academy, Mr. Chandler graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology after earning a bachelor of science in electrical engineering in 2001 and a master of science in electrical and computer engineering in 2002. He is employed in Huntsville, Ala., as a mixed-signal design engineer at Adtran, Inc.
The wedding is planned for March 22, 2008, at First Baptist Church in Madison, Ala. All family and friends are invited to attend.
