NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER
GEORGIA, EARLY COUNTY
THIS LAW FIRM IS ACTING AS A
DEBT COLLECTOR ATTEMPTING
TO COLLECT A DEBT. ANY INFORMATION
OBTAINED WILL BE USED
FOR THAT PURPOSE.
Under and by virtue of the Power of
Sale contained in a Security Deed given
by George A. Gray, Jr. to Mortgage
Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.,
dated July 9, 2004, recorded in Deed
Book 260, Page 547, Early County,
Georgia Records, conveying the afterdescribed
property to secure a Note in
the original principal amount of
EIGHTY-SIX THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED
AND 0/100 DOLLARS
($86,500.00), with interest thereon as
set forth therein, there will be sold at
public outcry to the highest bidder for
cash before the courthouse door of Early
County, Georgia, within the legal hours
of sale on the first Tuesday in February,
2008, the following described property:
All that tract or parcel of land containing
.461 acres, more or less, located
in the City of Blakley in Land Lot 167 in
the 28th Land District of Early County,
Georgia, and more particularly
described as follows: beginning at the
intersection of the south margin of the
sidewalk line of River Street with the
west margin of the sidewalk line of
Robinson Avenue in the City of Blakely
in Land Lot 167 in the 28th Land
District of Early County, Georgia, t
hence run south 01 degree 49 minutes
east the distance of 184.7 feet; thence
run south 86 degrees 29 minutes west
the distance of 107.30 feet; thence run
north 02 degrees 21 minutes west the
distance of 186.6 feet; thence run north
87 degrees 30 minutes east the distance
of 109 feet to the Point of Beginning. A
plat of said parcel of land made by
Grady Lodge Holman, dated July 19,
1985, is recorded in Deed Book 135,
Page 63, Early County, Georgia Deed
Records, which plat and the record
thereof are by reference incorporated in
this description.
Said property is the same property
conveyed from Winifred A. Felder to
William Mobley Howell and Joanna T.
Howell by a Warranty Deed dated June
21, 1985 and recorded in the Office of
the Clerk of the Superior Court of Early
County, Georgia, in Deed Book 148,
Pages 326-327, to which specific reference
is made.
The debt secured by said Security
Deed has been and is hereby declared
due because of, among other possible
events of default, failure to pay the
indebtedness as and when due and in
the manner provided in the Note and
Security Deed. The debt remaining in
default, this sale will be made for the
purpose of paying the same and all
expenses of this sale, as provided in
Security Deed and by law, including
attorneys fees (notice of intent to collect
attorneys fees having been given).
Said property will be sold subject to
any outstanding ad valorem taxes
(including taxes which are a lien, but
not yet due and payable), any matters
which might be disclosed by an accurate
survey and inspection of the property,

any assessments, liens, encumbrances,
zoning ordinances, restrictions,
covenants, and matters of record superior
to the Security Deed first set out
above.
To the best knowledge and belief of
the undersigned, the party in possession
of the property is George A. Gray,
Jr. or a tenant or tenants and said property
is more commonly known as 14886
River St, Blakely, Georgia 39823.
The sale will be conducted subject (1)
to confirmation that the sale is not prohibited
under the U.S. Bankruptcy Code
and (2) to final confirmation and audit
of the status of the loan with the holder
of the security deed.

Notice is given that a notice of intent
to dissolve Grassy Flat Plantation, Inc.,
a Georgia corporation with its registered
office at P.O. Box 707, Blakely,
Georgia 39823-0707, has been delivered
to the Secretary of State for filing in
accordance with the Georgia Business
Corporation Code. All claims against
the corporation must be presented in
accordance with the O.C.G.A. sec 14-2-
1407(b). Except for claims that are contingent
at the time of the filing of the
notice of intent to dissolve or that arise
after the filing of the notice of intent to
dissolve, a claim against the corporation
not otherwise barred will be barred
unless a proceeding to enforce the claim
is commenced within two years after
the publication of this notice.

Under and by virtue of power of sale
contained in Deed to Secure Debt executed
by JAMES A. MORRELL AND
LYNNE L. MORRELL, under the date
of February 15, 2006, securing a note
dated December 20, 2006, in the principal
sum of $99,007.93, payable in 23
monthly installments with one (1) balloon
payment of $97,812.37 being due
December 20, 2008, said deed being
recorded in Deed Book 273, Pages 82-86,
Early County, Georgia Deed Records
and by virtue of a default in the payment
of the indebtedness secured by
said deed, the undersigned will sell at
public outcry to the highest bidder for

cash, before the Court House Door of
Early County, Georgia, during the legal

LYNNE L. MORRELL. Notice has been
given of intention to collect attorney's

Note secured by said Deed.
The unpaid principal balance having

said sale will be made for the purpose of
applying the proceeds thereof toward
the expense of this sale, the payment of
the debt and interest thereon, and the
balance, if any, shall be applied as provided
by law.
