      Galatians 2:9-21 Issues that have been put to rest — through the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ — have a way of "coming to life" again in some kind of a changed form.       The third of the three parables in Luke 15 is about a man with two sons. The first half of the story centers on the younger son and is often called "The Parable of the Prodigal Son." I begged to differ and titled it "The Heart of the Heavenly Father." However, the first title rings true for the second half of the story. Read Luke 15:25-32.
