WIA assist employers and students Early County's Workforce Investment Act Youth Services program is looking for students to participate in the youth job program. Applicants must be Early County residents age 16-21 and enrolled in the local GED program. The program provides training in job readiness, money management and other employment and life skills as well as financial incentives for attendance. Students are also placed in job sites to gain experience and additional training. Additional job sites are also needed for the youth program.
