This is the FFA mission statement and one way the Early County FFA chapter accomplishes this is by selecting responsible students to hold officer positions.

Headstart extends deadline
      The Calhoun County Child Development Center Head Start program continues to accept applications for the 2008-2009 school term for children ages three and four through Sept. 4 at the Early County Head Start Center on Freeman Road. Children must be three years of age before Sept. 1.

      Early County High School will host an open house Thursday, Sept. 4 from 6 to 7 p.m. Progress reports for the first nine-week grading period will be given at this time. All parents are encouraged to attend and visit with their student's teachers.
