A Georgia flag that has traveled to 118 of Georgia's 159 counties was the subject of a flag ceremony at last week's county commission meeting. Johnny Will Hightower, 65, of Blakely died Feb. 27, 2008, at Southeast Alabama Medical Center in Dothan. Mr. Hightower was born in Blakely Nov. 29, 1962, to the late Fred Hightower and Catherine Wimberly.
