Dec. 6 Business After Hours to feature state, federal & local representatives

The Early County Entrepreneur Friendly Program will host a business after hours for all small business owners Thursday, Dec. 6 from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Blakely Cineplex located at 62 North Main Street.

Representatives from state and local organizations will be on hand to explain how they can assist new and existing businesses. This is a free resource expo open to all interested in learning about and receiving help to become a successful business owner in Early County.

Organizations attending are the University of Georgia's Small Business Development Center, OneGeorgia Authority, Georgia Tech Enterprise Innovation Institute, United States Dept. of Agriculture, Department of Community Affairs, Southwest Georgia Regional Development Center and Georgia Dept. of Economic Development. Representatives from local financial institutes will also be available.

Following a short presentation and reception, all those attending will have an opportunity to personally meet with the representatives to answer specific questions pertaining to their business.

Door prizes from a variety of local merchants will be awarded.
