Annie Lois Smith Retired Annie Lois Smith, 55, of Blakely died Sunday, Nov. 11, 2007, at Miller County Hospital. Mrs. Smith was born Sept. 18, 1952, in New Jersey to the late Ruby Smith and Anderson Smith. She was retired and a member of Restored House. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Hattie Brown of New Jersey and Louise Willis, and one brother, Jack Lewis. Survivors include her husband, LeAndrew Favors of Blakely; two daughters, Temika Levetta Beacham and husband Calvin and Lakia Deshun Smith of New Jersey; two sons, Jermaine A. Smith and Kendall Smith and wife Tracey of New Jersey; one step-daughter, Temekia Favors; two brothers, Johnny Sheppard and wife Catherine and James Lewis, all of Blakely; and 15 grandchildren. Funeral services were Saturday, Nov. 17, 2007, at 3 p.m. at Restored House with pastor Maria Stapleton officiating. Interment followed at Mt. Olive Baptist Church Cemetery in Blakely. Pallbearers were Kendall Smith, Jermaine Smith, Elbert Lee, Xavier Often, Travis Glenn and Tyrone Sparrow.
Peoples Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
