Community Services Sunday
The Blakely Ministerial Association will hold the annual Community Thanksgiving Service Sunday, Nov. 18 at 6 p.m. The host church for this year's event is Pastor Rick Smith and the congregation of Southside Baptist Church. Nathan Greer, pastor of the Blakely Church of God and President of the Blakely Ministerial Association, will lead the service. This year's preacher is Pastor Fred Hersey of First Free Will Baptist Church. Other area pastors will participate in the service, along with various musicians and singers from area churches. A love offering will be received to support the benevolent ministries of the Association. Everyone is invited to attend.
