Singletary, left guard; Emory Giles, right tackle, Bill Duke, center; Lewis Fryer Jr., right guard; Billy Hall, right end; Jack Hayes, quarterback; Curtis Wiley, left halfback; Bert Puckett, right halfback; Grady Holman Jr., fullback. MR. AND MRS. Clarke Jenkins announce the birth of a son on October 23. MR. AND MRS. Cadel Downdey, announce the birth of a son, Kenneth, on October 23. MRS. They got 16 in all. MR. E.H. Hayes has purchased the residence formerly occupied by Mr. G.A. Cole and family, north of the school house. MR. JOE HAMK is erecting a new residence on the west side of Cuthbert street. MR. JOEL W. Singletary has sold his residence to Mr. A.D. Harriss. MR. J.C. Loyless has bought from Mr. G.A. Cole the farm known as Kenney place north of Blakely. MR. W.E. Bergamey and Miss Eva Garner were married at the home of Mr. E.M. Garner in this city last Sunday. Rev. Whitley Langston performed the ceremony. MR. L.E. Black has repurchased his old home on South Main Street. MISS Maggie Killebrew, of Arlington, is the guest of Miss Flewellyn Strong. MR. JOHN T. Williams went up to Macon last Sunday. MISS ADDIE Chandler returned to Macon last Sunday. 125 YEARS AGO Oct. 26, 1882 MISS FANNIE Wade, of Arlington, has been one of Blakely's visitors this week. MR. JOHN Reed and Miss Ella Carmichael were joined in wedlock on Wednesday, Oct. 18. THE CAMP meeting at Pleasant Grove was well attended by Blakely on Sunday last.
