CODE ENFORCEMENT

The Early County Code Enforcement office issued six mobile home permits in August. Locations for those permits included Old Lucile Road, Howard Landing Road, Highway 27, North Fort Lane and Summerset Loop.

New home permits were issued for properties on Old Lucile Road and Highway 39.

Electrical hook-ups were permitted for Albert Rivers Drive, Taylor Harris Road and North Pearl Street.

Two minor subdivisions were permitted on Damascus Hilton Road and one on Simmons Road. An application for a major subdivision on Three Notch and Mays Mill Road was submitted.

Citations for illegal dumping were issued for littering on Bright Star Loop and illegal dumping at the Flat Creek/Fryer Road dumpsite. Three warnings were issued.

Three junk vehicles were removed from Old Lucile Road.
