Allstars compete in district tournament

The 11-12 team won their first game Monday against Brooks County by the score of 7-0.

The all-stars defeated Schley County 6-4 Wednesday due to rainouts the day before that pushed the tournament back one day.

Blakely-Early County then lost to Terrell County 3-2 Thursday.

Colquitt-Miller County was Blakely-Early County's next victim in a last inning come-frombehind victory of 7-6 Friday.

The Blakely-Early County all-stars played Terrell County for the South Championship Saturday, June 23.

Terrell County was victorious by a score of 7-2 and went to Fitzgerald to represent the South in a district tournament against Berrien County.

The Blakely-Early County 11-12 year old allstars finished 3-2 in district tournament play.
