Burke - George
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Chastine Burke and the late Jack Burke of Iron City, the late Mr. and Mrs. Otis H.Weaver of Bainbridge, Bernice Yates and the late Donnie Yates of Bainbridge. Miss Burke is a graduate of Seminole County High School and manages the Tea Olive in Donalsonville. The future groom is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Earnest Cecil Waller of Blakely and the late Mr. and Mrs. Grady Isaiah George of Damascus. Mr. George is a graduate of Southwest Georgia Academy and served four years in the United States Marine Corps obtaining the rank of sergeant. He is employed as an insurance agent with Liberty National.
A Nov. 17, 2007, wedding is planned at 7 p.m. at the First Baptist Church in Donalsonville. A reception will follow at Sisters. All family and friends are cordially invited to attend.
