Outgoing Rotary president Billy Fleming passes the president's gavel to Bob Collier at a recent Rotary meeting. Collier wil lead the Blakely Rotary Club through June 2008.
Before passing the gavel to Collier, Fleming had one final duty, the rare privilige of inducting his son, Holden, into the Rotary Club.
