CODE ENFORCEMENT

Early County Code Enforcement issued five mobile home permits during the month of June for mobile homes on Flat Creek Road, Highway 45, Mays Mill Road, Rock Bluff Road and Efford Lane.

One home permit was issued for property on Beverly Hill Lane and one barn permitted on Colomokee Church Road.

A variance was permitted for property on Highway 39 and a minor subdivision of four lots was permitted on County Road 63. Eight electrical hook-ups for irrigation systems and one for a house were also permitted.

Four out-of-county residents were issued citations for dumping in Early county including one Seminole County resident littering at the Jakin dump site and three Miller County residents, two of whom dumped at the Damascus dump site and one who dumped on Cooper Loop. Court dates for those as well as for two people cited for dumping at the closed Cedar Springs dump site are July 11.

One junk vehicle was removed from Fryer Road.
