Mary E. Hoover Mary Evelyn Hoover, 70, of Corpus Christi, Texas, died Saturday, June 30, 2007, in Corpus Christi. Mrs. Hoover was born in Albany in 1936 to the late Perry Jackson Clark and Minnie Estelle Holland. She was preceded in death by her husband, James C. Hoover. Survivors include two sons, James Hoover and wife Tina of Kingsville, Texas and Michael Hoover of Houston, Texas; one daughter, Cindy Levine and husband Scott of Corpus Christi; three of her seven siblings, Jesse Derrell Clark, Gracie Clark King and Joan Clark Sammons; four grandchildren, April Taylor, Christopher Hoover, Jennifer Ross and Alan Levine; and three greatgrandchildren, Mack Taylor, Ian Taylor and Abigail Ross. Funeral services were Tuesday, July 3, 2007, at 11 a.m. at Turcotte-Piper Mortuary.
Turcotte-Piper Mortuary was in charge of arrangements.
