Reunion planned for WHS alumni
The Washington High School Alumni Association activities will begin July 6 at Early County High School at 6 p.m. with a meeting to get acquainted and a banquet at 7 p.m. Tickets can be purchased at the door.
More activities are planned for July 7 including a parade from the old Washington High School campus on Howell Avenue. The line-up starts at 9 a.m. ,the parade starts at 10 a.m. A business meeting will be at Wesley Chapel African Methodist Episcopal Church at 1 p.m. A gospel sing extravaganza at Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church at 7 p.m. will close the weekend events.
