Edgar Naramore Veteran Edgar Wesley Naramore, 75, died Thursday, May 31, 2007, at his home. He served in the United States Air Force for 28 years and he was a Korean War veteran. Mr. Naramore was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Lou Naramore. Survivors include two daughters, Cynthia Naramore Jones of Wetumpka, Ala., and Sandra Whorton of Albany; four sons, James Naramore of Griffin, Ga., Wayne Naramore of Blakely, Jerry Naramore of Prattville, Ala., and Ronnie Naramore of Brandon, Miss.; three brothers, Jackie "Cotton" Naramore of Blakely, Jim Naramore and Hubert Naramore; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Funeral services were Monday, June 4, 2007, at 12:30 p.m. at Leak Memory Chapel with Rev. Slade Speir officiating. Interment followed at Greenwood Cemetery. Pallbearers were James Naramore, Wayne Naramore, Jerry Naramore, Ronnie Naramore, Kevin Naramore, Casey Jones and Cory Naramore. Honorary pallbearers were Kenneth Goen, Steve Edwards and Elliott Whorton.
Leak Memory Chapel was in charge of arrangements.
