School Daze

School Daze The halls are empty. Early County Schools are out for spring break. Some have gone to the beach, some to the mountains, some to destinations unknown. Others are staying closer to home during Spring Break 2007.

Wherever they are spending their spring break, school days - all 20 of them - are going to be a blur, especially for seniors, when they return to school Monday.

There will be sports banquets, honor programs, final exams and graduations to fit into those final days. The last day of school for the Early County School System is May 18.

The elementary school graduation will be May 18; the high school graduation will be May 19; and the middle school graduation will be May 22.

The last day of school for Southwest Georgia Academy students is May 23. Those days will be filled with the Jr.-Sr. prom Saturday night, a junior varsity sports program April 20, a spring dance April 28, Honors Day May 3, an academic breakfast May 4, the sports banquet May 10, final exams, K5 graduation May 22 and graduation will be May 25.
