      The opening of Blakely Auto Parts on Bay Street was celebrated Friday with a ribbon-cutting hosted by the chamber of commerce. Chamber president Kenneth Hall gave a brief welcome and presented the owners, Jason and Eddy Burdette, a chamber membership plaque.
