Bridges - Murkerson Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Bridges of Blakely announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Leann, to Robert Murkerson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Billy Ray Murkerson of Blakely. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Jack Free Bridges and the late Mr. and Mrs. Rufus Coleman Taylor, all of Blakely. Miss Bridges is a 1995 graduate of Early County High School and earned a bachelor of science degree in early childhood education from Albany State University. She is a first grade teacher at Early County Elementary School. The future groom is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Leon Murkerson of Blakely and the late Mr. and Mrs. Allan Muir of Lindenhurst, N.Y. Mr. Murkerson is a 1993 graduate of Early County High School and holds a business administration degree from Georgia Southwestern State University. He is employed by Early Tree and Landscaping in Blakely.
The ceremony is planned for June 2, 2007, at Cuba Presbyterian Church.
