The Georgia Department of Human Resources filed a Petition on March 13, 2007, in the Juvenile Court of Early County, Georgia, with regard to the custody of your putative child, A.G., seeking among other things, a transfer of custody. You may obtain a copy of the Petition which sets forth the specific allegations in detail from the Early County Clerk of the Juvenile Court, in Early County, Blakely, Georgia.

An Order allowing service on you by newspaper publication was signed on March 21, 2007.

The final hearing in this matter is scheduled for April 30, 2007, at 8:30 o'clock a.m., at the Courthouse in Early County, Georgia. You are commanded to be and appear in the Juvenile Court of Early County, Georgia located at the Courthouse in Blakely, Georgia to then and there make defense to the allegations of the petition and to show cause why the prayers of the motion should not be granted and why the said child and all parties named herein should not be dealt with according to the provisions of law.

You or any other interested party are required to file a written objection or Answer with the Clerk of said Court and the Petitioner's Attorney, Lauren H. Williamson, within thirty (30) days from March 29, 2007.

030707-01 NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, EARLY COUNTY THIS LAW FIRM IS ACTING AS A DEBT COLLECTOR ATTEMPTING TO COLLECT A DEBT. ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE.

By virtue of the power of sale contained in that certain Deed to Secure Debt executed and delivered by Kevin J. Pitts to Westwood Investors, LLC, Richmond, Virginia, grantee, said deed being dated August 2, 2006, and recorded in Deed Book 276, Pages 794-795, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Early County, Georgia, there will be sold at public outcry before the Courthouse door in said State and County by the undersigned, during the legal hours of sale on the 3rd day of April, 2007, to the highest bidder for cash, by Westwood Investors, LLC, as attorney in fact for Kevin J. SAID PROPERTY WILL BE SOLD SUBJECT TO A PRIOR DEED TO SECURE DEBT TO MERS DATED MARCH 17, 2004 AND RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 257, PAGES 870-885, EARLY COUNTY DEED RECORDS.

Said property will be sold subject to all unpaid taxes that may be a lien on said property.
