Josey earns medals

Jessica Josey of Blakely recently represented the Dothan area in two Special Olympic tournaments. The first was the South States Special Olympic Unified Bowling Tournament in Mobile, Nov. 3, 2006, where she won a gold medal. That qualified her to bowl in a National Special Olympic tournament. The next tournament was the 17th Annual National Special Olympic Unified Bowling Tournament in Reno, Nev., Feb. 15-16, where she won a bronze medal. She also won a sixth place ribbon in ladies pairs.
Jessica is the daughter of Debra and Steve Anderson of Blakely and Roy Josey of Dothan.
