Starr - Norman plans complete
The wedding plans of Lacey Denise Starr and Emerson Grant Norman have been completed. The couple will wed on Saturday, March 31, 2007, at 6:30 p.m. at Westview United Methodist Church in Blakely. A reception will follow at Blakely Town and Country Club.
Lacey is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Cliff Starr of Blakely. Grant is the son of Ms. Catherine Lynn McNeill of North Augusta, S.C., and Mr. and Mrs. Bob Norman of Lincolnton, Ga. No local invitations were sent. All family and friends of the couple are invited to attend. A nursery will be provided during the ceremony.
