ECHS graduation tests planned for March 26-28

All students who entered grade nine after July 1, 1991, must pass all parts of the Georgia High School Graduation tests in order to earn a high school diploma.

The Georgia High School Graduation tests will be administered at Early County High School.

Students who graduated with a certificate of performance should pre-register in advance of test administration so that the system test coordinator will know how many re-test materials will be needed. Photo identification is required of any "unfamiliar" students. Contact the guidance department at 724-5296 to schedule testing.

All eleventh graders will take the main administration of the test for the first time.

Seniors that failed parts of the test will also take the main administration of the GHSGT's on the following dates: Language, Monday, March 26 at 8:30 a.m.; Math, Tuesday, March 27 at 8:30 a.m.; Science, Wednesday, March 28 at 8:30 a.m.; and Social Studies, Thursday, March 29 at 8: 30 a.m.

Students should bring two sharpened #2 pencils and a calculator for science and math.
