Night golf tournament

The second annual Bobcat Night Golf Classic will be played Saturday, March 10 at the Blakely Town & Country Club.

"It was new to everyone last year and it was a lot of fun," stated Bobcat head coach Trey Woolf.

The tournament is a two-man scramble with the teams playing nine holes in daylight. Following dinner, which is included in the $75 entry fee, and a night golf rules meeting, the teams go back out on the course and play nine more holes in the dark.

The last nine holes are played with special golf balls which glow in the dark. Each team is allowed to bring one flashlight.

The field will be limited to 27 teams. Entry fee is $75 per person. Sign up in the pro shop. Call Bob Hall at 723-4101 for additional information.
