Waters - Edison
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Nell Moore and the late Clay Moore of Rome, Ga., and Lula Helton and the late Mitchell Helton of Gilbertown, Ala. Miss Waters is a 2002 graduate of Tucker High School and a 2006 graduate of Valdosta State University where she was a member of Chi Omega sorority. She plans to pursue a doctorate in physical therapy. The future bridegroom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Hodges of Blakely and the late Mr. and Mrs. Lee Edison of Blakely. A 2002 graduate of Early County High School and a 2006 graduate of Valdosta State University, Mr. Edison was a member of the Valdosta State varsity football team and was named to the Gulf South Conference All-Academic Team. He plans to attend medical school.
The wedding will be May 12, 2007, at 5 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Blakely.
