The following area students have been named to the fall 2006 dean's list. To make the dean's list, students must maintain a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.0 and must have a semester grade point average of at least 3.5 with at least nine hours of course work.
Earning the distinction of dean's list are: Alicia Lynsey Drew, Kendra Elise Duncan and Ashley Paige Watson, all of Blakely; Jennifer Kate Harris, Jack Wesley Hattaway and April Nicole Williams, all of Bluffton and Mackenzie Ann Evans of Jakin. Georgia Southwestern State University
Hannah M. McBroom and Samuel A. White made the academic achievement list at Georgia Southwestern State University for fall 2006. To merit the achievement students must be enrolled in three to 14 hours of courses, and earning a 3.5 or higher grade point average.
