Facing the Giants

First Baptist Church will present the movie Facing the Giants on a theater screen in the sanctuary February 9, 10 & 11 at 7 p.m. There will be no charge and the event will be open to the public.

Facing the Giants is a movie filmed and produced by Provident Films and Sherwood Baptist Church in Albany. This movie is a modern day David vs. Goliath project on screen and behind-thescenes. It has defied the odds and has played in front of audiences in more than 650 theaters, earned national news, thousands of testimonies and over one million ticket buyers in the box office. However, millions more have yet to experience the movie and you can see it in Blakely.

Sunday evening, First Baptist Church will host the football teams, cheerleaders and coaches from Early County High School and Southwest Georgia Academy for dinner before the movie.
