Matthews-Hunt vows exchanged

Mrs. Bradley Clayton Hunt
Tiffini Christine Matthews of Dothan and Bradley Clayton Hunt of Blakely were united in marriage Saturday, March 18, 2006, at Westgate Church of Christ in Dothan. Jody Solomon officiated the four o'clock ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Keith Matthews of Dothan, and the late Denise Matthews. Grandparents of the bride are the late Mr. and Mrs. John E. Cole, the late J.C. Matthews and the late Treece Toothman.

The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Tim Harris and Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Hunt of Blakely. Grandparents of the groom are Patricia Gentry of Blakely, the late Clayton Gentry, and Mr. and Mrs. T.C. Hunt of Damascus.

The bride was given in marriage by her father, Keith Matthews. Joan Godfrey served as wedding director. A program of wedding music was presented by Michael Temples, pianist, and Carla Hardin and Ken Hammitte, soloists.

Serving as matrons of honor were Cathy Keasler of Headland, Ala., and Pam Solomon of Dothan, friends of the bride. Bridesmaids were Cathy Everett of Nashville, Tenn., Renee Filson of Flowery Branch, Ga., Jennifer Kerper of Dothan, Jay Jay Parker of Dothan, friends of the bride and Heather Hunt, sisterin law of the groom.

Serving as honorary bridesmaid and scripture reader was Tatiana Townsend of Abbeville, friend of the bride. Serving as flower girl was MaryLynn Solomon of Dothan, friend of the bride.

Serving as best man was Justin Hunt of Blakely, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Lance Brackin of Neenah, Wis., Greg Grimes of Blakely, Brian Evans of Blakely, Terry Farris of Blakely and Joe King of Ft. Gaines, friends of the groom.

Serving as ring bearer was Kase Keasler of Headland, friend of the bride. Serving as bell ringer was Aaron Busby of Blakely, cousin of the groom. Serving as ushers were Tim Harris of Blakely, stepfather of the groom, Bryan Berry of Birmingham, Scott Berry of Atlanta, Derek Bonner of Fairhope, Chris Cobb of Birmingham and Jason Cobb of Atlanta, cousins of the bride.

Following the ceremony, Mr. and Mrs. Keith Matthews were hosts of a reception held in the church reception hall. Mr. and Mrs. Tim Harris entertained the wedding party with a rehearsal dinner at "Our House" in Dothan.

After a honeymoon in Maui and Oahu, Hawaii, the couple resides in Ft. Gaines.
