Libby Nicole Graham Billy and Nikki Graham of Enterprise, Ala., proudly announce the birth of their daughter, Libby Nicole Graham. Libby was born Aug. 23, 2007, at 5:21 a.m. at Southeast Alabama Medical Center in Dothan. She weighed 7 pounds 12.5 ounces and was 21.5 inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Anthony and Darlene Howard of Blakely and Steve Blocker of Ft. Myers, Fla. Paternal grandparents are Phillip and Elva Graham of Scottsdale, Ariz.

Great-grandparents are Louie and Bell Anglin of Blakely, Florence Hiler of Spencer, Tenn., and Elvira Williams of Crane, Texas.

Mrs. Graham is the former Nikki Blocker of Blakely.
