Veteran William Lloyd Parker, 87, of Palatka, died Friday, Oct. 12, 2007, at Crestwood Nursing Center following an extended illness. Mr. Parker was a native of Toombs County and resided in Palatka since 1983, coming from Blakely. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of WWII and worked as an industrial mechanic with Great Northern Paper Company in Cedar Springs. More ...
